Your Hat Rack rental will arrive in a specialty hat box, complete with padding to ensure the decorative nature of your hat remains in tact. Inside your hat box, you will find a pre-paid shipping label. To return your item, simply repack the hat in the hat box per the instructions and switch out the shipping label on the front of the box. Then, drop the box off at either a UPS, USPS post office or any shipping office for return.
